Lacanau Ocean
10 km to the south, accessible by car and bicycle, Lacanau Océan and its seafront with a view of the ocean await you! The atmosphere is festive. Several bars and nightclubs will make your evenings lively.
The “Lacanau Pro” surfing competition, a qualifying stage for the world surfing championships, takes place every year in August and gives rise to an original scenography on the seafront.
On Wednesday mornings, take a stroll through the large market, which stretches through several streets like a local souk. A smaller, more artisanal market takes place on Friday evenings on the seafront.
